We carefully pack every bottle so it will arrive safely without damage. If however, you are not completely satisfied, email us to arrange an exchange or refund within 10 days of postmark. Postage is the responsibility of the customer on both the initial order and returning package. All packages are shipped Priority through the USPS. Fronts of bottles may be wiped down, but do not submerse in water or place in dishwasher.
